We have been working with Jennifer for over a month trying to get our services transferred and situated the best possible way for our family as we prepare to move. She was phenomenal and extremely helpful. Of late, Petra stepped in to help as well and was just wonderful. Both of them have been amazing for us and made our moving experience as easy as it could be, and we are very appreciative of them.

Internet service on Ramstein AFB was great with fantastic speeds. Cell plans for my wife and I were also great with virtually zero signal issues. Easy to set-up and when it came time to PCS it was a breeze to cancel. Very inexpensive across the board compared to our plans in the US

We had TKS service for 4yrs and it was great. Customer service was always on point and quick to resolve any issues we had. The ease of setting up and canceling service was very much appreciated. I highly recommend for anyone inbound or looking to switch providers.

Phenomenal service! Sabine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I recently returned to the KMC area, and we knew exactly where to go for assistance with our phone/cable services. Sabine made the purchasing process very easy to navigate as well. She was warm, welcoming and friendly regarding any questions we had along the way. So if you’re new to Ramstein, do yourself a favor and stop by TKS in the KMCC mall ASAP! You’re guaranteed to receive the same excellent service from any of the employees here.

The staff at the TKS Shop at Ramstein Air Base provided excellent customer service. They explained all steps of starting and ending services, were engaging and humorous, and made me feel welcome. I would recommend dropping by for any cellular, internet, tv, phone and they provide English support. You can also utilize your own banking/credit information for payment.

Good store, tax free, and convenient. Prices were good for the convenience. You can go off base to search for deals, but you might not get something that caters to military. Sabine was very helpful and clear.
