Todo es maravilloso y genial hasta que tienes un problema, no son simpáticas, ni agradables , ni amables, la primera noche nos habían confirmado una habitación distinta a la que nos habíamos reservado, cuando vimos la habiamos nos dimos cuenta de que era con baño compartido , al hacer la queja vinieron los problemas , las malas caras los suspiros etc, se negaron rotundamente a la devolución de la segunda noche ya que asumimos el coste de la primera, acabamos pasando las dos noches en una habitación muy pequeña y muy poco acogedora, sucia y con una cama auxiliar que se clavavan los hierros en la espalda , para colmo la hora tope de desayuno son las 9:30h el ultimo día a las 9:34h se negaron rotundamente a darnos de desayunar ni siquiera a nuestro hijo de 10 años. Muy mala experiencia, desaconsejo este lugar, no os dejéis llevar por la cara gentil de la monja de la foto. I visited the Castle Heidenfeld as my great-grandfather recorded it about 15 years ago. He was born there 2 February 1852. I brought our family pictures and documents. The nuns were so wonderful. It was like a reunion. They gave us a tour of part of the castle. One of my documents said Baron Bodeck owned the property. They told us the Catholic Church bought the castle from him for 100 pieces of gold. The place is self-sufficient. They grow crops on the land and sell them. I brought three of my children with me. My oldest was 27 years, the others 12 and 16 years. When it was time to depart, the nuns gave us photos of the grounds. It was exciting for us to experience a touch of the richness of the past and a connection to our roots!
