This review is for the Madonna v2.2 and I will break this review down into a couple of parts.+ The company +The company is amazing with their support and all of their help in ordering etc... they are amazing (don't be afraid just to order the frame).+ The Bike +This bike is AMAZING. However, beware this bike is made for hard charging through rough stuff ALL DAY every DAY. If you are going slow on mellow terrain all day then this is not the bike for you as it will feel a little dead/wooden. However if you are a person that pushes hard then this is the machine for you as it really comes alive when you are pushing it hard.+ Notes +I live outside of the EU and shipping the frame (spare parts where super easy and took only 1-2 weeks to arrive) took well over 3 months (on top of 9 weeks it took to get to raaw in the first place) to get to me. So if you don't live in the EU be prepared for a long wait. This had nothing to do with RAAW themselves, but it is just something to be aware of (and might have changed now, I ordered in January 2022).

Ein super Bike und eine der wenigen Marken die es auf eine tolle Art und Weise schafft, dass man sich mit der Marke gerne identifiziert. Toller Service und Nachhaltigkeit werden hier wirklich gelebt.

Sehr netter Talk und Bike check. Man merkt das hier viel Herzblut investiert wird. Das Raaw Madonna V2 ist ein absolutes Traumbike.Ich wurde hier sehr freundlich in privater Atmosphäre emfangen. Ich hatte genug Zeit ein paar Runden mit dem Bike zu drehen ohne irgendeine Art Druck zu merken dass bike schnell wieder abzugeben. Es war auch sehr interessant ein paar Informationen über die Produktion der Rahmen, den Belastungstest und die Firma Raaw selbst zu bekommen. Man fühlt sich wirklich wilkommen.Weiter so Ruben!Nachtrag: Die Fotos stammen noch aus Kempten. Raaw ist im Frühjahr 2023 nach Haßloch umgezogen.

NIcht nur dass sie sensationelle Bikes bauen, die bergauf regelrecht marschieren, sich bergab in jedem Terrain wohlfühlen und extrem standfest sind, egal womit man sie quält. Auch der Kundenkontakt, der absolut unkomplizierte und direkte Support und die schnellen Antworten auf egal welche Frage suchen in der Branche ihresgleichen. Kann man wirklich nur jedem ans Herz legen.

Tolles Team von Raaw Mountainbike!. Die helfen wenn man mal Probleme mit dem Rahmen und Anbauten hat. Sind sehr kompetent und Lösungsorinentiert. Bin ein begeisterter Raaw Mountainbike'r!.

Rundum tolle Bikes, tolle Firma mit guter Einstellung. Die Produkte sind auf Langlebigkeit, Reparierbarkeit und Dauereinsatz ausgelegt. Und der Kontakt ist super nett, kompetent und flott! Das ist erfrischend. Volle Punktzahl!

Ich möchte ein Riesen Lob für den Wahnsinns Support aussprechen, diese Kundennähe und Hilfsbereitschaft sucht man seinesgleichen! Mir wurde sehr bei der Fahrwerks Einstellung geholfen. Herzliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter, sehr familiär und gut erreichbar!Das Madonna v2.2 selbst vermittelt einem eine unglaubliche Stabilität, Kontrolle, Leichtigkeit und das ohne die spielerischen Eigenschaften zu vernachlässigen. Wenn es sprechen könnte, würde es sagen „Komm wir schaffen das zusammen!“Es verstärkt meinen lern Prozess ungemein.

Hello everybody! I'm not a BIG writer so I will keep it short here from Innsbruck ;-). I had 2 bikes; Canyon Spectral and Canyon Sender, both 2022. I wanted something more robust then the Spectral. So at a crazy day I just txted Ruben and bought a RAAW Madonna 2.2 from him :-). Having enjoyed it now for several months this season i have to say it's my NEW favorite bike. It's a bit more heavy then the carbon Spectral but for that one get's such a stable shred machine back!!! Super happy! And actually I sold my Sender this week, as i don't need it anymore. The Madonna is the perfect bike for going uphill and downhill. Super super super happy! And funny enough it's more playfull then the spectral and the sender. The only reason to keep the spectral is for the backup and guests, otherwise i would have sold that one too. BIG thanks to the RAAW team for the amazing service :)

Super Produkt, toller Service, nette Leute.Da wird dir geholfen. Schön dass es in der Bikeindustrie noch solche Firmen mit Werten gibt.
