Total lack of information here, there is a departures board but was only displaying times and no remarks. We asked which gate our bus would be departing from and told quite rudely 1,3,5,7 or 9. This creates anxiety the traveller doesn't need.

플릭스버스, 유로라인 등 모든 유럽 버스를 이곳에서 탈 수 있다. 플릭스 버스는 1,3,5,7,9 홀수 플랫폼에서 탈 수 있고, 유로라인 버스는 그 반대편 쪽에서 탈 수 있다. 버스가 정확히 어느 플랫폼에 서는지는 그때그때 다르니 초행길이라면 버스들을 눈여겨 봐야한다. 플릭스버스는 지연상황을 문자로 알려주거나 홈페이지에서 확인가능하나, 유로라인 버스의 경우 확인이 불가능하니 버스가 안온다면 무작정 기다려야한다. 파리행 유로라인 야간버스의 경우 지연이 잦은 편이니 버스가 안오더라도 기다리길! 매번 1시간 지연되었다.

FLIX BUS Köln - Genua:DANKE... nie wieder. nie wieder...!!!Die Fahrt von Köln nach Genua war überhaupt NICHT dem Qualitäts- (Anspruch) Standard entsprechend :1. Toilette (Unterflur) fast nicht zu gebrauchen,Sanitärflüssigkeit lief von hinten nach vorne an der Klobrille entlang2. Kein Toilettenpapier3. Keine Wasch-Seife4. W-Lan funktioniert nicht ... auf der ganzen Strecke5. Keine Getränke, keine Snacks an Bord (Bar nicht vorhanden)6. Abstands-Halte-Regel-Tempomat außer Betrieb oder nicht vorhanden, Bus fuhr teilweise extrem dicht auf... hätte der voranfahrende LKW gebremst …. ./.7. Spurhalte-Assistent außer Betrieb oder nicht vorhanden, Bus fuhr teilweise längere Zeit auf der Mittellinie, da Fahrer anscheinend übermüdet war8. Busfahrer ist fast eingeschlafen, Co-Fahrer musste von einem Fahrgast aufmerksam gemacht werden um den Busfahrer zu ermahnen aufzupassen…9. Bus ist auf kurvenreicher Berg-Strecke vor Genua erheblich zu schnell unterwegs, deutlich über Geschwindigkeits-Beschränkung, überholt sehr zügig jeden LKW, wird manchmal deswegen angehupt !10. Bus schneidet jede Kurve und wechselt permanent die Fahrspur.11. Zwischenstopp für die lange Köln-Genua Reise (für Toilettenbenutzung auf Rastplatz) nur kurz vor Genua...nach 13 Std, Busfahrt ohne Möglichkeit öffentliche Toilette zu benutzen...12. hatte ich fast vergessen: Die angenehme Tages-Temperatur im Bus wurde am Abend deutlich reduziert, sodass viele froren. I’d give zero stars if I could. Unless you want to be left stranded, pay double for a seat on a bus, and have absolutely sub par customer service- choose any other transportation other than Flix.Here is what happened to me and my two daughters on 1 July, 2023.The three of us traveled from Maastricht to Cologne on 1 July 2023. I purchased three round trip Flix bus tickets from the Flix site from Maastricht, NL to Cologne, DE. We took the 9:55 bus from Maastricht. The bus was 30 minutes late. Once arrived, the driver used vulgar language when talking with the other driver. Said- ‘You fu@king overslept when you stayed overnight 3 minutes away. (And continued).But that’s not my biggest concern. We had return tickets for 19.20. We arrived at the airport at 19.00. There was a Flix bus to Maastricht sitting at the bus terminal. We showed the bus driver our tickets. He said that wasn’t for his bus. Apparently there were two busses headed for Maastricht. one was leaving at 19.20 and the other one was leaving at 19.24.We waited until 19.20. No other bus ever showed up. I never received an email or text that the bus was delayed. I asked the bus driver if he knew the status of the other bus. He was rude, not helpful and said that he was departing at 19.24.Since the next scheduled Flix bus was at 22.00 (3 hours later) I decided to pay for three new one-way tickets and take the bus that was sitting at the station. At 19.23 I purchased three one way tickets from Cologne to Maastricht. The other two passengers were my daughters.I immediately sent an email through the Flix website contact form mail. I stated what happened and asked about getting a refund for my three tickets which were not used. I waited one week before I posted this, in case I received a reply from Flix.It is now 9 July and I have not received any message from Flix.We will not travel via Flix again, and do not recommend their services.

Völlig überzogene Preise um Leute mit dem Auto vom Flughafen abzuholen. Dafür muss man Geld bezahlen?! 10 min 10 Euro. Die spinnen total!
