worst dorm ever, the kitchen and the toilets are always dirty, you can't sleep at night because there is a lot of people screaming or doing something until 3 in the morning, i have been living here for a long time and the owners of the building do anything, better search for another dorm.

The house is located in the center of the city. Maximum of 5 min walk to all kinds of shopping. The application process is bit time taking, you need to apply prior. The management always have a bunch of applications. First come first. If you are a student in mannheim, want to have affordable housing, this is THE BEST.Now there is a change in the management. The previous ones used to respond very fast.

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ambienti tranquilli, e poi la presenza di personale per le pulizie è molto gradita in case per studenti, per ovvi motivi. Consigliata!!!

So, one of my friend is staying here and I had to stay for one day here, the room was very nice with good ambience and very functional settings and nice kitchen and wash rooms are provided with cleaning availability, and the most interesting part is the rent is very affordable for students like me.

Ein typisches Wohnheim. Die Zimmer eher spartanisch eingerichtet. Duschen und Toiletten sind auch schon ein paar Jahre alt. Zum Teil sind die Zimmer relativ dunkel, es gibt dann Neonröhren als Standard Beleuchtung.
