If only there's an option to rate negative stars :(Do not bother calling, even if it gets picked up after ages, the man who answers is so disrespectful & puts it down straight away without even listening to your query.They should first teach/train them how to behave professionally, that's the least one should expect, forget about providing any services, it's utter disgrace such people represent your consulate, no luck :/

Ob man 10, 20 oder gar 45 Minuten am Telefon wartet, niemand nimmt ab. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert.

Das Telefon klingelt jetzt schon 15 Minuten , wir haben jetzt 12 Uhr , habe noch 3 Stunden bist jemand abhebt um 15 Uhr ist Feierabend , Respekt .

Unfortunately, my visa application was rejected. However, I have yet to receive a refund for the fees I paid, despite it being a month and a half since the rejection. It is disheartening that the process of refunding my money has not been completed in a timely manner. I believe that the authorities responsible for handling such matters should adopt a more practical approach and expedite the refund process.

Da ich Probleme mit dem Visa-Antrag hatte, erhoffte ich mir Hilfe vom Konsulat. Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit war die zuständige Mitarbeiterin noch nicht im Haus und ich mußte unverrichteter Dinge wieder gehen. Auf meine hinterlassene Visitenkarte hat sich auch niemand gemeldet. Und bei einem späteren Anruf im Büro des Botschafters wurde ich weitergeleitet, ohne dass der Anruf irgendwo ankam. Schade, dabei hatte ich gelesen, dass sich Saudi Arabien für Touristen öffnen wolle.

I recently reached out to the Saudi Arabia Consulate in Frankfurt for assistance with my visa application, but I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from their team. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through phone, I have yet to receive any kind of reply. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with important matters such as visas.I would not recommend this consulate to anyone seeking assistance from the Saudi Arabia government. Their lack of communication and disregard for their customers' needs is simply unacceptable. I give them a one-star rating for their poor service and inability to fulfill their responsibilities as a consulate.

My experience with the Saudi Consulate in Frankfurt was a complete disappointment. The staff manning the helpline phone were rude, unhelpful, and seemed unaware of recent policy changes. Their lack of accurate information and disinterest in their work made for a frustrating encounter. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative sources for assistance rather than relying on their helpline.
