I have been swindled out of almost 1000€.I always read the terms and conditions before buying and I never buy from a company that does not allow refunds. Well, after reading them and buying, now that I ask for a refund because I do not need the product, just 24 hours before I buy, they tell me that these conditions do not apply to companies and that they are going to cheat me almost 1000€ that I will not be able to recover. Their conditions are not clear.UPDATE: I don't like to damage companies with reviews and I proposed them to remove mine, with the simple condition that they would refund an order, a refund that was requested in less than 12 hours after the order was placed, a digital order that does not damage the company at all.What these people call a friendly solution, is that, even when I showed them the part of their web page where it talks about the refund conditions, and where at no time they say that they do not refund companies, they have unilaterally decided to refund me 25% while writing to me with a condescending tone that they are doing me a favor.Conclusion: they have swindled me out of about 200 euros as a welcome, and they still have the nerve to tell me that they expect me to come back as a customer".If you are reading this review

Katastrophale Anbindung...

Habe hier seit 3 Jahren einen VPS und seit einem Jahr ein Webhosting Paket. Super Preise, top Service und hohe Verfügbarkeit. Kann Contabo wärmstens empfehlen.

Haben mehrere eigene Server hier, für Internet, Strom und Kühlung wird hier immer sehr gut gesorgt! Preise sind angemessen, Leistung immer gleichmäßig hoch! Support ist sehr gut und immer schnell erreichbar! Klare Empfehlung! Werde auch mit meinen privaten Spielereien hinwechseln.

Wird immer schlimmer. Support existiert praktisch gar nicht mehr. Stattdessen wird immer Einsatz vom Kunden gefordert und die Preise erhöht

Wir betreiben bei Contabo 16 Server, sind seit ca. 3 Jahren zufriedener Kunde und waren gestern zu Besuch. Nochmals vielen Dank, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gründlich und hilfsbereit

Zero support, zero replies to emails, they didn't even processed my order when I bought a host, they wanted verification afterwards through email in an automated way and failed to verify when I sent them my details (twice). Now I am going to wait 1week to get refund!
