English speaking, kind, and effective. I have 2 kids being seen for different issues and both are progressing well with Jessica from this office. I spoke briefly with Dr. Potter in the beginning, who seemed very knowledgeable and teamed me up with Jessica as she specializes in areas specifically beneficial to my family. Go with them, you won't regret it!

He seems like a nice, good intended man. Sort of awkward and sometimes unconfident. I require a much more vigorous approach. I do wish him well, but I would imagine much of his clientel is a result of lack of English speaking therapists in Kaiserslautern.
