VW FS Rent-a-Car - Hannover Flughafen

The worst experience of my life. Arrive at Hannover Airport on Monday 12/12/2022, around 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, the Volkswagen FS office is only open until 4:30 p.m. After that time, to collect the vehicle key that the travel agency had previously reserved, they will give it to you at the airport information office. But, to give me the key and documentation, they ask you for a credit card. The travel agency had already indicated a method of payment, but the airport information office does not know it and they ask for the card. After returning the vehicle, Volkswagen FS billed the cost on my credit card. The invoice was for €136.39, but Volkswagen FS has charged my card for €386.38. Although I have asked them to rectify, return the money and charge the amount to the travel agency, they have not answered.
