DHL Paketshop 416

I don’t recommend you deliver to this packetshop. Most words experience of parcel pickup. At first time, I went directly to the shop and asked for DHL package and the lady said to me no then I am winding I might look for wrong one and I roam around the u-bahn to find another possible paketshop. Next day, I asked my friend who could speak German to ask again for me and the lady asked him to come next day...why? (My friend said she might be racist as my friend he is not German at all).In between I called DHL and Mango who deliver my parcel and Mango sent me notice mail to let me give last try. Then I go again in day time and I showed the mail and tracking number to the male stuff and he at first said no, it’s not here. Then I double checked again and he said yes and he finally gave me the parcel. I am not sure why they don’t have proper sign on the store regarding to DHL, also I don’t understand why they act not professional if they provide this service. Male stuff is much better than the female stuff in that store but overall I think they should either improve or don’t provide this service.
