As I'm still in the middle of the project, this is just an interim statement:-communication / transperency: At the beginning very good, during the project phases it became worse (no/late replay, no call-back), however some employees are motivated all the time!-Schedule / timing: no clear statements, needs improvement!-Quality of work: some requests/requirements were forgotten which caused serious trouble on my end. Overall okay though.All in all there's room for improvement
