Scheduling was pretty easy. The salon is practically empty. Lydia did my nails. In my attempt to tell her the shape I wanted, she rolled her eyes. It bothered me a little bit that she was growing frustrated from a simple request. I like my nails long and thin. Anyways, the nails turned out to be nice. However, 9 days later three of them broke off. Additionally, it was t hard to just take all of them off.I’m not surprised at the low ratings.

Got my nails done for February and March. Super clean facility. I got a gel manicure shellack, the heart nails were 36€/$, and the green ones were 30. I took like an hour..and they werent very good at making conversation. However, they last a while and its worth it for the price.

My toenails were cut extremely short and rounded to the point where they hurt when touched. I didn’t notice till I got home. The nail tech didn’t ask if I wanted them cut but I forgot to even think about saying not to cut since they were the perfect length. Now I’m worried my nails will get an infection and they’re ruined.

I saw Sylvia for a prenatal massage. My back has felt bad and tight. I felt so much better and looser after. She was very informative and helpful too.

I wish they were more accommodating to customers with allergies. I have a latex allergy and they wear latex gloves when I asked if they have other gloves. I was told no and that I would be ok. Nope not today I will not be going to the hospital. Not going back..

The receptionist was exceptional during my appointment booking. She went above and beyond to help me get an appointment to use a gift certificate. The ladies that assisted with my manicure and nail painting were efficient, friendly and made sure they paid attention to detail! I would recommended their services to anyone. Thank you all for your assistance! I am more than pleased!

Posting their services.I know this facility is under new management, ive been here twice and both times i am satisfied, i have also tried going off base.They are very sanitized, wears mask, uses new file to all customers. They all spoke english, quick with their services.Ive done a manicure/ gel overlay and a spa pedicure (kinda different from US where they include the legs when scrubbing and massaging) i am relaxed when i am here.

Enjoyed a fantastic pedicure done by Stacy. She was very meticulous and also gentle, I don't think I ever had anyone spend as much time as she did on the pre-polish care. The whole experience was an hour, which was the perfect amount of time, and they look great! Will definitely be back.The massage chair is nice, too!
