Mila i profesjonalna obsługa,polecam !!!! Auto czyste i zadbane .

Wynajmowałam auto od Kaizen Rent nie było zadnych problemów. Wszystko sprawnie załatwione. Miła obsługa. Polecam!

mieli podstawić auto segmentu D automat. Dwa razy konsultant nic nie wiedział, chcieli mi od początku wciskać jakiś kompakt. Na dzień wynajmu przyjechał SUV , oczywiście manual. Najlepsze że po przejechaniu 92km zatankowałem go i weszło 19 litrów, a miał być świeżo zalany. Ogólnie krętactwo i szukanie okazji do naciągania. Szukajcie innych firm. Na plus to kierowca spóźnił się tylko 45 minut.

We rented in Szczecin, coming from Canada. No one told me where the car pick up would be and we looked for a pick up window at the airport. We then were told by airport workers that someone from the company would find us at the parking lot (no location given and we had no clue who we were looking for). Someone told me to look for a sign of the company on the car’s license plate so I did that. I found a representative with another client and another car, and after speaking with him he called his colleague to let him know I was there. It was a bit challenging and frustrating. The other representative was very brief in all paper work and sent us on our way. Car was in good shape and I was told I need to wash it afterwards (we paid 30 zloty for that which is equivalent to about $10 Canadian). I did have a bit of a challenge to figure out where to drop the car in Warsaw. I emailed the company for a few days and did not hear back for a while. I ended up calling them and the assistance was very good. I did manage to find the drop off spot and after I parked I noticed one of their employees. I asked him if he could take the keys as I was supposed to put them in a drop box; he laughed at me and walked away with another customer. I then spent 20 minutes trying to find where the drop box was at the Warsaw airport.
