Helena Mena - Integrative Bodywork
I highly recommend Helena and her services. I have had issues in the past with deep tissue massage and was quite nervous going into my first session. Helena made me feel safe and heard and responded with curiosity and generosity to my bodies needs. I immediately booked a second session after my first and look forward to continuing to work with her.

I loved my session with Helena. I had an Integrated Body Work, and if you are a bit confused what it means, it is more than a massage, it is a process during which Helena helped me to get in touch with my body. During the session, I could feel how my long overdue physical pain and stress was finally released through her careful touch. Highly recommend and I will come back soon!

Helena has done something amazing to my body today. I left her praxis as if I had a new and painless body and in only one hour session. It was like magic. Great professional who enjoys what she does. Definetly recommended!

Helena is an amazing bodyworker that always makes me feel calm and connected to my body. I am always amazed how effective her light and gentle touch is at releasing blockages and realigning my whole system. I am not entierly sure how it works but it definately does.

I had a wonderful 90 minute integrative massage with Helena. Her touch is gentle, relaxing, opening. Many sensations overcame me - sometimes complete relaxation, or a gentle trauma release, or my breath deepen and my full body reconnecting. I plan to make this a regular part of my self-care journey. The sessions with Helena are great! If you feel horrible (pain), you feel better after. If you are feeling a bit unwell, you are leaving perfectly balanced. She knows the connections including the one between body and soul. And she is just a great person!

I felt so comforted and nourished after the session with Helena. My body feels new and fresh, and I feel I now have a new depth in my relationship with myself.I've never experienced any bodywork like hers, and it's very clear that a lot of training in multiple modalities, experience, and skill goes into what she does.She has a truly magical ability to speak and move in the language of the body, and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to connect with and heal their body.I am so grateful to have found Helena!

Helena is a wonderful body worker. She sits you down before the massage and asks you how you’re feeling and what hurts and is able to detect what she needs to work on, her many years experience in massage really shines through here. She is very attentive and makes sure she provides you with the best experience overall. I can’t speak highly enough of her work. I’ve been seeing her for several months and each time I notice a difference in my chronic pain areas.

I had an amazing experience with Helena in a bodywork session. She took plenty of time to listen to my body and responded with care. After the bodywork I felt so much more connected to my physical and emotional body. Would highly recommend Helena for people who are sensitive and find regular massage experience too overwhelming. Will be looking forward to my next session!
