Actually serviced by Buchbinder, not Europcar. Booked a car, showed up to pick it up (on time). Closed! The store is closed, no one is in it. Called support and after lengthy discussion was asked to come over again next day.

Definitely terrible experience, do not expect a usual Europcar service...The guy that is working in registration has no sense of solving a problem, behaving inappropriately, has no work ethic. He even dared to fight with me.The person who is checking the car when it is returned is a nice guy but it won't change anything overall.I don't recommend to use this branch.

We had many issues and ultimately returned the car two days early. Doing so saved us nothing on the rental charges. The car was a hybrid MG vehicle that was much larger than the Audi A3 that I had reserved. It was difficult to operate and had a couple of serious defects. One was that we could not turn off the cruise control ready" function

Very complicated and problematic pick up procedure at first , later everything went swiftNot my first time picking up cars and even I did rented luxury cars , this time it was a wagon car ,The pickup officer requested a lot of documents , many were not on the website or on the rules provided by the company….
