To say the service we received from Emma at the Harley Davidson showroom was awesome would be a complete understatement! We had a car to trade in as well as financing to organize and Emma had it all sorted within 48 hours allowing us to pick up the Cherokee of our dreams. Phillip Cave out of Germany was an incredible help along the way. He initiated contact although there was a military auto source on my base (Osan, AB) and i worked with him although he was stationed out of Germany. Overall, extremely happy with how things turned out. i was told roughly 90 days from starting build date, and it showed up just shy of 90 days. good data from the start, Phillip is an honest sales representative, and should be rewarded appropriately for his dedication to servicing the Trops and constant follow up. I've purchased more than 10 cars in my lifetime and have never had a worse experience buying a car. The salesman spoke with my husband while he was deployed to set up the deal and said that he could not hold the vehicle until his return (3 months later) and required that I come to take delivery. I made the appointment with him for when I would pick up the car and he did not show up and had the keys locked inside his office so that no one else could retrieve them. After waiting for him to show, he had me follow him to customs. While driving to customs, the car ran out of gas. He then left me in the middle of the road with the hazard lights on until he returned with gas nearly an hour later. By the time he had returned, the car would not start because the battery was dead. He then told me that I should have had my husband retrieve the car when he returned from deployment, which he originally said was not an option. When I brought up that he said it was not an option, he said that my husband and I lacked communication skills and that he was a 5 star salesman". He then proceeded to argue with his boss about getting me a loaner car to return home (an hour away). This was the worst experience purchasing ANYTHING in my life. Thanks a million Brett

Buying a car through Emma Harris at the Ramstein AB MAS was a wonderful experience and I wish I could buy all my cars for the rest of my life through her. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase and it was clear that her goal was to help me make the best decision for my life and family. Buyer beware!!!!1. Can't test drive your new car.2. Once you purchase the vehicle you can forget about local support. You have to work with the local brand dealer for warranty support. Usually for a fee.3. Rushed through the sale.4. The seller could not explain what features the vehicle came with. Window sticker is non existent.If I did not know the vehicle before hand I probably wouldn't have purchased it.5. The US feature such as SOS button is not operational in Europe..one item that was not explained to me.If you buy a vehicle from here do not sign anything unless the seller goes over each feature of the vehicle and setup the car to work with your apps.Mine did not and now I am stuck with error messages on my vehicle screen.

Second vehicle purchase in 6 months.If given the option to only buy cars from MAS and their team of agents, I would. No pressure, aside from trying to keep you from jumping into a mistake. Patient with all of my needs and special requests. Fast with documents, details, and accurate data. We had an excellent new vehicle purchase experience with Callum at MAS. My husband was on an extended deployment, so I had to do everything myself using a power of attorney. Callum walked me through each step of the process, and made everything super easy. I also felt that he was honest and gave sound advice. I would not hesitate to use them again.
