Made a reservation an hour in advance went all the way to the wall and they said no bikes available. Wasted all morning. Don’t go with these guys.

I don’t know how this place has any positive reviews. We turned up and there were about 35 bikes outside and the guy didn’t want to rent us one. He said most of them were rented out and the rest were broken. It seemed like he was too lazy to rent us one.

The quality of the bicycles is pretty good, they are fairly high seated but very comfortable and solid to ride. You can drop them off at midnight by simply chaining them up in Alexanderplatz.

I would give 0 stars if that was possible!We went there, place (hotel/hostel) was closed, so I called the guy asking how can we rent the bike. He said, that we HAVE to come to Alexanderplatz, cause he's not renting bikes at Warschauer Str. at all, event there were lots of bikes outside, and quite a few of them in relatively good (still) condition. He didn't care, even I said we needed few bikes for few days...DON'T RECOMMEND.

NOT RECOMMENDED! The replacement service was not very nice. We had a flat and the woman at the shop insinuated that we were drunk and she didn't believe it happened by accident in the beginning. Finally, after calling someone and waiting a whilw, we had to pay extra 7 eur for another bike.

Huur hier geen fiets! De fietsen zijn goedkoop, maar het geld niet waard. 1 trapper liep steeds vast en het fietst heel zwaar. Er zijn genoeg andere plekken waar je fietsen kan huren en die ongetwijfeld beter fietsen.
