Yesterday went to this shop to buy fresh and great roasted coffee. after using in my espresso machine and dripping method (Hario) I can judge this coffee is not good.Beyond that and more important, the service I judge as not foreigner friendly and xenophobic. When I questioned about the coffee the lady attending around 13h yesterday was totally rude and when I didn’t understand what she was explaining in German because she was speaking fast, I asked her to repeat. She repeated the same difficult vocabulary and starting to raise her voice. immediately I interrupted her and leaned to her aggressively telling to not speak louder to me. This is unaccepting behavior. This behavior was because I was foreign and not white. After me had to be aggressive to her in my voice she started to speak with respect to me! My husband (white) was totally chocked with the attendant treatment. Unfortunately I’ve seen this foreigner unfriendly behavior quite often in Dresden and I’ll grade bad wherever the service is like that. Don’t buy your coffee there don’t worth for the quality and the service is unacceptable for foreigner.

Immer wieder toll in diesem Geschäft einkaufen zu gehen! Ein echtes muss wenn man in der Altmarkt Galerie ist. Macht weiter so und auf hoffentlich noch viele leckere Geschäfte.
