I have got here by seeing the google reviews and my experience was totally opposite. !!! I had called for a consultation. But firstly, she asked what type of insurance I have got. I told I have the TK (german one) and then she straight away said she is so full. This is totally unfair. If this is the case, why do they say they accept the public insurance at all. She did not consider how urgent our situation and how much help we are needing. It there is an option to give a negative start, I would have given that.
