I was on a trip with my son to Germany starting in Berlin and signed on to a tour with Heidi. We were met at our hotel by a warm, pleasant person with her adorable dog, Daisy. A touch of British accent to her perfect German but no fear, impeccable English of course spoken. Off we went with the sharp little Daisy leading us, for a day of discovery, friendship, knowledge, and a sense of getting to know Berlin from its known place in world events to the inside look at cosmopolitan neighborhoods and kind and gentle folks who inhabit this vibrant city today.Heidi was superb and made it our BEST day in Berlin. Don't miss a chance for a day like a walk with a friend with the inside track on a magnificent city. Worth every Euro and more. Make sure she brings Daisy, she's a hund you can't help but love.

We are always amazed at how our perspective can change in a short increment of time by one person. We were quite uncertain about visiting Berlin but within 1 hour our concerns were dispelled by this charming, knowledgeable young woman as she described why she settled here as an Israeli/British tour guide. We began with a general overview of the city followed by an in depth tour and discussion about the Jewish community and the history of the Jews in Germany. This was one of the very best, most informative tours we have ever taken. If you plan to visit Berlin you should not pass up the opportunity to experience this marvelous individual who obviously so loves meeting and educating visitors. We departed knowing we had found a new friend.
