I really like this place and will be returning. Today all I had done was a nail trimming for my Lab. My dog DOES NOT LIKE HIS PAWS TOUCHED. He's adopted so I think something happened in his past to make him react so badly bc he's a total sweet heart otherwise. Anyways, these guys trimmed his nails like Champs. They were really helpful and their prices are very reasonable. I will be coming back to get him bathed and deshedded later.*PS nail trimmings are 6-8 € depending on whether you get them cut or grinded. They do walk ins up until 1600 (i believe) and they are done super fast, like 5-10 mins.

I have four dogs. When I payed $195 today the woman said the card machine was taking forever. I had to put my dogs leashes on myself and started to take the dogs out to my truck. When I came back in for my fourth dog the man said it declined my card and to keep an eye on my account. They swiped it again in the meantime while I was outside. It went through. When I arrived home I see 2 charges for $195 on my account. I called and was told there wasnt anything they could do on their end and I should wait a couple days for it to drop off my account. Also like to mention that one of my dogs grooming was horrible. It was Lilly for managers reference. It didnt look like they even brushed her out and the paw trimming was awful. Her tail definitely wasnt brushed. I always tip $5 a dog. But that will not happen next time. So very inconvenienced and annoyed.

Convenience 5 stars. Customer service and pricing 5 stars. Actual cuts 4 stars.. if you’re looking to have your dog groomed for a show go pay those prices else where. I just like to have my dogs clean cut and up kept for their comfortability. Bennys does a great job at doing just that. Been going here for 2 years. Some cuts are better than others but my dogs always come back healthy happy and groomed. They’ll continue to be my go to for my last year over here.

We made an appointment to get our two dogs groomed and upon picking them up we were informed that we need to bring them back to shave one of them. Apparently they didn’t have time to do it, even though we had an appointment, because they’re closing early today.so we payed $130 dollars for a cut and a half and on top of that they informed us that they’re actually considered extra large so next time it’ll be $90 dollars each, to finish what they “didn’t have time to do” even tho they set the appointment. The girl at the front also kept talking about needing to get to her other job, which is fine, but it is clear that dog grooming is not the main profession here. It shows in the cuts as well, they really did a sub par job. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I have a hyper crazy Airedale terrier and we have been going to Bennys since he was 6 months old for his first groom. My dog always is happy to walk in and he looks great coming out. They do an amazing job at the 'airedale cut'. The service prices are more affordable then the Petco back in the states I used to go to even with the euro conversion. When I call they can usually always get him an apt within 3 days of my call and I always feel like I trust everyone who works there with my dog.

Very disappointed. When I picked up my dog he stunk like a vanilla car freshener. His face was not washed at all, his nails were clipped to be very sharp and his fur was dull. I complained and he returned the money, insisiting he did wash him and that it was normal to spray perfum on the dogs and that nail filing was an extra charge, none of which I was informed of upon drop off. The salon smells disgusting and so did my dog-masked with cheap car freshner scent.

It's hard to find a pet grooming facility in the area but the folks at the pet grooming facility on Ramstein, next to the Pizza Hut/Subway, really stepped up to assist my family's last minutes needs. They take pride in their work and their service was outstanding and very much appreciated.

Groomers used to be decent, my dog loved going to them. Recently, the hair cuts have been getting sloppy and uneven, upon pick up, my dog is still soaking wet and visibly upset. Dog won’t even get out of the car to go to the groomers. In the last appointment, my dogs hair was made to be completely lopsided and the hair cut was not complete, he was soaking wet, and shaking. Will not be going back.

Used to not have a problem, but it’s been a hassle to go. It seems like they are always missing our dogs vaccine records and make us redo it every other time. It takes ages to get an appointment and when we get one they’ve told us the wrong time and that’s a missed appointment planned weeks in advance.

Our dog came home in pain and got paralyzed couple of hours later.. its a small dog, so I can only imagine what happened.She is ok now. I'm soooo glad. I'm glad to avoid going to court as well.. we are not going back, needless to say... Some employees should NOT be working there.
