Stellen Sie sie NIEMALS ein.Vic Bau, or VicBau (building company owned by Jadwiga Sudnik, and run by Mercurius, Przemyslaw Sudnik) is NOT a company that you want hire to do work for you. I repeat in all seriousness. NEVER hire them, ever.Before i explain - here is short intro about me:I have been involved in Google's Local Guides program for a long long time. I have a lots of views and people trust my reviews - a trust i earned by being honest.My goal was contribute and help other people with honest reviews - the same as I would like to read honest and valuable reviews to guide me.If something was a bit negative I still tried to find positive viewpoint for every single review i wrote.But not so for company Vic Bau. I had a VERY bad experience with them. We renovated our family apartment recently. I chose them to do the work. That was a mistake on my part. The only thing they did well is walls (painting), and tiles in kitchen and corridor - to those things i had no complaints.They actually subcontract the work to not so qualified people (of course they want to find the cheapest possible subcontractor because more money then is left for VicBau). Then they do their work poor quality: they put tiles in the bathroom - but walls are crooked - not 90 degrees. They moved some water installations but they put it in the wrong place - too low (even though i showed them exactly where i want them. No legally required hydroisolation around it or poorly done.they did fertigparket in my flat - but it flexes as you walk, it will break quite soon. It broke(separated) in many places already like under the bad and sofa.I bought Ikea kitchen (4,500 EUR) they did not put it right on the wall, they did not cut properly the work plate on the top. and so on ... because of that - my kitchen now cant align edges - cant align doors... horrible. My 4,500 EUR kitchen now looks like 450 EUR kitchen (sarcasm). I think that my microwave doors are not opening as they should because for some reason the kitchen flexed somehow (although not sure bout that one). They missed to put all the parts when they assembled the kitchen (. :-D how can you do even do that i mean come on... ) They did not now how to put dishwasher properly - so i had to hire another people to do it.That same subcontractor said he is electrician, and then he connected my OVEN (strong electricity required right) in such a poor way that i had to ask them to bring REAL electrician - who then confirmed my suspicions that this first guy did a completely wrong job. Imagine that- if i have not reacted - if i was not there to CONTROL those guys - the Mr. Sudnik would have left it so and that could have caused FIRE in my kitchen...They had ABSOLUTELY LOW to NO CONTROL over the workers in my apartment, no oversight nothing.They damaged existing doors in my apartment.they damaged my furniture when I moved (broke metal leg on the big bedroom bed)They did not take all of the garbage out (the construction garbage and stuff)Mr. Sudnik never came ONCE to check on the workers.Mr. Sudnik NEVER ONCE called me to ask me how the work is going. Why? Well he does not care - he only cares to do something (tralala) and take money. Not interested in your benefit.I could talk more but this is just to get a picture...So... if you are thinking about them - no...i will attach some picture later on. For every item that i wrote i have proof / image or similar.
