The worst seller I have ever come across!I purchased an adaptor wiring loom for the rear lights on an Audi A5 from this sellers eBay. The car was an on going project so I did not come to fit the parts until around 5 month after ordering. It was then when I noticed that there were no fitting instructions with the item. I politely messaged the seller to resend the fitting guide via email in the form of a photo or a scan as to not incur any costs for the seller. The seller very rudely refused to send the guide out of principle that we should have requested the guide earlier.After several messages trying to get them to send the guide, all I received was rude responses leaving me with no option but to open a PayPal case (without the correct fitting and coding guide the adaptors were useless to me). I gave the seller 1 last opportunity to send the guide (which he refused) before PayPal had to step in and accept a return for a refund.All of this could have easily be resolved if the seller had just send us the guide.
