Horrible, horrible, just HORRIBLE! One of the worst customer services I’ve ever encountered. Some emails I send they took weeks to answer and at least one they never actually did. Also, they never actually responded to the question I made and cleared my doubts, every email they sent was just filled with vague and basic info.Save yourself some time and don’t even consider this when moving to Germany, you’ll just put yourself through a lot of stress and frustration.Ps: if I could put a 0 star rating, I would. That’s how bad they are.

Very low professionalism in dealing with the customers.They changed the minimum rent period abruptly after telephone agreements. They even refuse certificates in official paper.Absolutely not recommended

They do not know how to respond to the inquiry calls.
