Flexible booking durations, you can book for short or longer stays like months.The staff is quick to respond and assist with everything needed. Location is right at the city centre, very close to the Limbecker Platz shopping mall.

Erstaunliches Personal, Arun war super hilfreich. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.Sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Würde es jedem empfehlen, der einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt in Essen plant.Und ja, die Lage ist fantastisch. Ich bin seit mindestens einem Monat und ein bisschen länger hier, und Arun gibt mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein.

Zentrales Apartment- Hotel in zentraler Lage. Ein typisches Hotel ist es nicht, die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt und die tägliche Reinigung und der Handtuchwechsel entfallen. Die Immobilie ist eher für eine Langzeit- Unterbringung gedacht. Das Personal spricht Englisch und war sehr freundlich! Die Einrichtung wirkt eher älter, aber man hat alles was man benötigt! Ein TV war jedoch nicht im Zimmer!! Das Bad wirkt modern aber sehr schlecht konzipiert denn nach 4min. in der Dusche ist das gesamte Badezimmer überflutet.. echt schlecht gemacht..

Die Personale sind sehr freundlich und erklären alles. bin super zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer, es ist sauber und angenehm. Und ein großes Shopping center befindet sich in der Nähe davon. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I moved to this place recently about 1 month ago.All i can say is that it is everything i was looking for. When i first went in, i had some hesitations regarding the size of the rooms in comparison to the price, but i am glad i took it.OFFICE- The person in charge here (Arun) is very friendly and ready to help and tries to make you feel comfortable as much as he can, every time i go into the office he asks and makes sure i feel comfortable in the place.PLACE ITSELF- Regarding the rooms, every room has its own bathroom, small kitchen, smart tv, study desk, wardrobe and a single bed with a pillow and a duvet.Exactly as in photos in the website.One of the most important things is that it is very quite and the studios has sound isolation, although each floor has about 20 studios, i never heard any noise.The kitchen has almost everything a student needs (from cutlery to cooking utensils to plates and cooking pots, ofcourse a small refrigerator).SAFETY- i can consider this place safe, there are security cameras in each floor and all around the building.CLEANING- Ofcourse you will have to do this by yourself.NEIGHBORHOOD- The neighborhood is quite as well.The building is on a main street. A big shopping mall (Limbecker platz) is only 5 min walk where you can find supermarkets like Rewe, Rossman and dm and a very big food court.The city center in 7-10 min walk.Many restaurants options which many of them are Halal (Syrian, Indian, Turkish, Burger) are just few minutes walk.There is a very nice walking area just behind the building.TRANSPORTATION-Bus station 2 minutes walk. Tram station 2 minutes walk. Essen Hbf can be reached either by bus, tram or a 20 minutes walk.Although it is a little bit pricey, ‏but all in all, i do not regret staying here.I hope it was not a boring review but it was something that i looked for before i move in.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. So eine große Unterkunft In Zentral Essen war sich zu Schade, einen Deitsch sprachigen und oder Deutsche sprachige Personal einzustellen. Wir mussten beim check in und beim check out mit dem Personal Englisch sprechen.Eine andere Alternative würde ich ihnen empfehlen.

Was ok. Neu umgebaut aber nie wirklich gebracht oder aus Sicht des Kunden. Nicht für ~450Eur/Woche

I arrived today just before dinner time. Arun was easygoing and super kind. He explained to me all the studio features in detail and showed me the building in all its areas. The studio looks like a brand-new accommodation, is comfortable, very clean and equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools you may need even for a long stay.Recommended!
