We rented two bikes and an ebike for a tour of the region. The staff were pleasant and helpful (let our reluctant ebike renter try out the bike he was renting the night before we picked them up). Rental prices were fair. Bikes worked well. He was able to get 50 miles out of the ebike (pedelec) and was glad to have the power. The staff were patient with our lack of German and in explaining the bicycles. Great location. I think they only took cash, so that would have been nice to use a credit card, but we understand the savings for their organization. They were patient and responsive with our email questions and setting up the rental from the U.S. Grateful that they offer this service and how they interacted with us.
