Of all the rental car agencies in the area, to include on base, this one is the best! They are upfront about everything and do not try to nickel and dime you. We have been renting from them for three years now. They are very helpful and friendly going above and beyond to insure that we are happy. After we got our last rental, we realized that it was too small for our trip. We called and they helped us bring the the car back and get a larger vehicle that they had available. We highly recommend them.

Like Smalls from the Sandlot, I was in a bit of a pickle...My vehicle was being shipped from the states and got delayed significantly at the port. This caused the shipping company to miss my required delivery date which was aligned with the final day of my original vehicle rental. Heading into a four day weekend there was no availability anywhere. A colleague recommended this Avis shop based on past experience and they really came through. They were able to get me into a car that met my needs, at the time when I needed it. In fact, they stayed open past closing on the day I picked up the vehicle and on the day I returned it. A+ service and all of the staff was very friendly. The Avis shop is conveniently located near Ramstein Air Base for inbound or outbound military folks. I fully recommend this team and will certainly utilize them should the need arise again.

Absoluter Witz! Trotz Abschluss einer Versicherung gegen Aufpreis noch 150€ Kaution verlangt für ein Fahrzeug, das aussah, als wäre es bereits in mehrere Unfälle verwickelt gewesen. Kaution wurde dann wochenlang nicht zurückgezahlt. Danach stellte sich auf mehrmalige Anfrage heraus, dass gar kein korrekter Vertrag abgeschlossen wurde und schlussendlich wurde ein Scheck zugeschickt, der auf einer Bank eingelöst werden muss, zu der man einen ewigen Anfahrtsweg hat. Nie wieder!

Worked with them for over a year, their customer service was impeccable. They relatively the same as price and in some cases cheaper than on base. They were as very responsive to my request for information and changes. Thanks ✊️

Best choice for auto rental in Ramstein. Have used several others. Avis/Budget is by far the friendliest, most honest and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Upfront about costs. Use VAT form!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone look for a vehicle rental in the area.

They were able to get me a rental car when other places couldn’t. The price was also extremely competitive. They workers were very flexible with timing and I had my choice of a few cars. The manager even gave me a ride back to base after I returned the car. Highly recommend.
