Super schnelle Ausführung des Umzugs. Sehr sympathisches Team. Wir können dieses Umzugsunternehmen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Größte Enttäuschung und Unprofessionalität die wir je erlebt haben. Herr Steffatschek hat am gleich Tag nur 1,5 Stunden (!!!) vor der vereinbarten Uhrzeit komplett und überraschend abgesagt!! Begründung Todesfall in der Familie. Suspekt war bereits die Anfrage am Tag davor, den Start von 8.00 Uhr auf 12.30 Uhr zu verlegen, hier noch kein Wort von privaten Themen. Das wirkt insgesamt sehr seltsam und unglaubwürdig. Mir tut ein Schicksalsschlag natürlich leid, allerdings sollte bei einem Umzugsunternehmen, das über ein mehrköpfiges Team verfügt, dennoch ein schriftlich bestätigter Auftrag dann von seinem Team übernommen werden. Ich habe bin bei diesem Auftreten von einer professionellen Abwicklung ausgegangen und habe das Gegenteil erlebt. Ich bin im 8. Monat schwanger, musste aus der Wohnung raus und saß völlig verzweifelt auf gepackten Möbel und Kisten. Die einzige Rückmeldung war, ich soll mich über myHammer selbst bzgl. Ersatz organisieren. Wir hatten seinetwegen Mehrkosten zu tragen, hoffentlich werden wenigstens diese noch übernommen. Dieses Erlebnis wünsche ich wirklich niemandem.

Eine sehr professionelle und zuverlässige Umzugsfirma. Hr. Steffatschek kam zu der Besichtigung und ließ rasch ein super Angebot zukommen (Das Günstigste in der Umgebung). Am Umzugstag war das Team pünktlich, sehr ordentlich und schnell. Freundlichkeit stand trotz der vielen schweren Kartons an erster Stelle. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett, sehr hilfsbereit und haben sauber gearbeitet, trotz Regenwetter. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den unkomplizierten Umzugstag an das komplette Team.

I usually don’t waste time to share negative experiences, but I typically do so when I do not receive a response.I had 2 choices for a move from Stuttgart to Frankfurt:1. A local company with an office building, a warehouse, trucks…2. PS Dienstleistungen, located by a colleague on an online bidding forum. Nice website, no store front, no truck assets, lower business cost.The job requirement was to pack boxes, move boxes, furniture to Frankurt.Good Points:The move is complete and a day earlier.Bad Points:The rental truck was too small so they had to stack everything from top to bottom to make everything fit. Seeing a rental truck and not a company truck should have warned me about the upcoming issues. This damaged some furniture due to stacking without protection.The workers are all contractors so there is no established guidelines on how to box, how to protect items you would have in a drawer. Usually, cameras for example are individually wrapped, not so in this case. The other drawback with contractors is that there is no teamwork since they don’t work together on a daily basis.Missing Tool:I have a set of high-end tools, Stahwille. One of the Workers did not have a 10mm wrench so they went into my tool cart and used my wrench. After the move, they lost it. How do I know? I have foam safety inserts. There was a promise to replace it. One wrench costs 10 euro but the minimum order is 50 euro… these details will drive you crazy so I wish I did not have this issue.No White Gloves:Maybe I’m too picky but if someone is moving your bed, would you be upset if you saw dirty hand-prints on the bed? I now have to go out of my way to purchase furniture cleaner to get rid of the mess. Most beds have a support leg in the middle of the mattress. This support was taped… Again, the bed is not moving, it’s static, and you’ll only see it when you vacuum the under the bed.Clumsy 1:I have this expensive cabinet with very expensive drawer extensions with shock absorbers for a soft drawer close. During the move, they removed the drawers but did not tape or fix the extensions so they were dangling. After the move, I discovered that one of the shock absorbers were missing. I also noticed scuffing on the corners. It is heavy but they are supposed to have knowledge on how to protect such heavy pieces of furniture. I can order this for 25 euro and install it myself but again, I wish I did not have to.Clumsy 2:I have a set of speakers in new condition that now have dents in the grill. They work but now they are not in new condition. This is most likely from stacking everything unprotected in the overloaded truck. This unit is several years old but again, I wish I did not have to look at a dented grill. It is in a cabinet so it’s not so bad but it is like an itch that won’t go away.Clumsy 3:The Drying machine plate was demolished during the move. The plate is about 25 euro but again, I wish I didn’t have to do this.All these issues are minor but they add up.I did send email with these details and pictures on 24 August. I did receive a response on 7 September that the insurance company will be notified. As of 19 September there is no response so I’m just posting this review today.To end this review, I am stating that I’m happy that the move took place and a day earlier but these small details related to quality is something that I wish had not happened. It’s 90% quality.
