I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the failure of the return of my deposit(I was a tenant in one of the WG in Mainzer str.33, We evacuated the house 9 months ago and still) even after an exasperating delay of nine months. This prolonged and unacceptable delay in refunding my deposit has left me greatly dissatisfied with the services provided by your company.The Company staff including the owner continuously ignore all our emails and calls, and the staff's behavior is absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.Owners be careful, when entrusting these individuals with property management responsibilities.
