Fragomen in Germany

My employer redirected me to Fragomen to apply for my visa. I have submitted all the documents as soon as they asked and then there was nothing happening till I reached out to them a couple of times. I got a reply from only when my employer was involved. Then again, they kept doing nothing, and eventually I failed to get my visa on time. I had to go through a lot of stress during my vacation not knowing whether I will start working or not thanks to this company. In the end, no one will compensate me for the delay. Please, apply for a visa on your own, it would simply be faster.

The employee currently handling my case does not respond frequently or as quickly as possible as I wish.Currently, I am seeking for help for the extension of my working visa as she is very aware since day 1. This is an important matter but I don’t think the case handler does not care about the emphasis of how this will impact us as employees/clients. May I know to whomcan we escalate or who can we copy in our emails so we can get the attention of our case handlers? Thank you

Never ever choose Fragomen even you get service for free. I my case, my employer provided me immigration service with the help of Fragomen. Nobody even respond to e-mails. Interestingly they are not even sorry for their delays and poor response.

Upd: the below response from Fragomen is another example of automated and not so helpful interaction. Instead of me reaching out to another your email, why don't you guys just treat it seriously and perform internal investigation of all overdue cases in Munich, identify the ones where you received already 50+ emails for the last 9 months and where your employees are not responding for weeks? You can update your comment below with a successful result, rather than responding with sth like you did. Such a disappointment!Terrible experince so far. Fragomen is already more than 9 months failing to deliver my permanent residence in Munich. The contact person is unresponsive for weeks, failing badly to escalate my case with immigration authorities and most frustrating- setting up an automated weekly nonsense to my work email that my case is still under review and that they have no updates. Unfortunately, i had to use Fragomen as I'm employed with one of the top big tech starting with A but strongly regret having to cooperate with F and always being on the edge of my work permit expiration.

Fragomen was really great. I moved to Berlin from India. The whole team was very helpful and committed. The relocation process and the in country documentation process were very smooth. I recommend Fragomen for any relocation services.

I don't know why my employer contracted this annoying bunch to track my resident permit. Annoyingly, one of their employee sent me an unsolicited email lecturing" me on the term of my permanent resident permit which I applied for and have maintained on my own. What disrespect wouldn't we get from Westerners/Germans for being a foreigner here?! I would have loved to respond strongly to their "Miss Know It All" employee

I had a work permit case handed by Fragomen agency.Very nice persons, Olena and Kim, with a perfectly smooth process of having my case and documents summited to migration office. Always responsive and very much helpful with my questions. Also, the result was successful in a surprisingly quick time. Cannot be happier with their services.

I was in Australia during COVID lockdown and needed a German visa. Usually you have to travel to Sydney to apply for the visa in person at the German consulate. This wasn’t possible because of lockdown. „Nothing we can do, we have to stick to the rules“ was fragomens answer.After two calls to the German and Austrian embassies in Australia I found a solution myself which didn’t require me to travel to Sydney.So why didn’t fragomen find this solution? I don’t know. It felt like they didn’t even care.Very poor service.
