The most unhelpful support team ever! Especially someone named Atharv. Took 2 days to respond without giving a clear answer.The best they can offer is link to their completely irrelevant help pages.Also they dont offer opportunity to create a shipping profile for one specific product like Etsy does, which greatly limits amount of items one can sell.Complete waste of time, don't bother with them.

It's only been a week since we opened a site with branchbob. Obviously, it's not the perfect Ecommerce site (yet), but considering it's value--FREE!--it already offers a lot. It's easy to set up, their support team is responsive, and of course, it's 100% free. Looking forward to more improvements to their services in the future.- daldalgi.com team
