To start, I firstly want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff. They were all super friendly and helpful. The bar staff and concierge were extremely helpful with recommendations as well as being really funny.The hotel is in an excellent location and rooms to the standard you would expect at Hilton.We had a room overlooking Deutscher Dom which was fantastic.Great value for money.I highly recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE/No AC and almost burned by HOT water fluctuating from cold in shower!! (I just realized I was not alone and the hotel has had complaints since weeks ago)My followers know I generally give great, and honest reviews, here is the deal with this hotel: it's not worth the price!Good: Breakfast ($28), Pool (No Jacuzzi), Gym (Larger than most hotel gyms/free weights, friendly service workers). Sauna, is nothing special, yet not included in your stay.Bad: Room (Hot as hell, with poor AC), Water for shower fluctuated from Hot ( burning), warm, and cold. Front desk staff is not available after hours, and do not answer phone (Maybe they are asleep). The actual stay is not worth the price, rooms are small and the double has small beds. Tried asking for a fan for two days and never got one. It's almost like the front desk staff isalways busy and unresponsive. I will not come back to this place, it was difficult to sleep because of the heat.

Its a nice place near to the hotspots of the city centre with very easy access to the public transport and near to lot of good eateries and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was good and had decent spread. However the breakfast menu doesn't change and it can get a bit boring and monotonous if you stay for more days. Also the room service was slow at times and I had to dial many times to get a response

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. The lobby and bar looks nice, but once you get to the room, everything is outdated. The shower attachment is not secured to the wall, there is mold around the tub, and there was a blood stain on the robe. The breakfast is nice, but the lounge isn’t that great compared to other Hilton and Marriott lounges I’ve been to. Overall, I don’t feel like the cost was worth it.

Bei unserem Berlin Aufenthalt war uns die zentrale Lage sehr wichtig. Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir alle zu Fuß erreichen.Das Parkhaus ist mit fast 80€ für zwei Nächte sehr teuer, wenn man berücksichtigt was der Aufenthalt an sich kostet.Unser Zimmer mit Doppelbett war sauber und gepflegt; jedoch recht alt. Ein Babybett konnte problemlos durch das Hotel gestellt werden.Die Lobby sowie der Poolbereich sind sehr elegant gehalten.Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für das Hilton entscheiden.

Good location even tough in Berlin you need transportation to get in most places. Fortunately there is U-bahn directly outside. Top floor was quiet but A/C kept some noise. Luxurious looking as you might expect. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Wonderful hotel, great location with helpful staff everywhere. The executive lounge is great with the happy hour usually containing a salad bar, selection of cheeses and a main dish. The pool facilities are free to guests and are well maintained and lovely to use - beds are comfortable and staff were more than happy to help with rearranging the room to suit our needs (moving the second bed into a different room of the suite).All photos attached are from the Junior suite room with dome view.

I booked a room here for 9 days and must say the bar/dinner staff are amazing, and the cleaning lady's are great. But if you want great room service avoid this Hotel at all cost it is the worst by far. This is my 6 European country I have visited. So when it comes to room service the Hilton in Berlin is the worst. The ice machines on the floors do not work and it took room service almost an hour just to get a bucket of ice to me to chill my wine, and after I put in my request, I called 45 minutes later and the manager tells me in room service that I put my request in 10 minutes ago and he needs a break because he's only working with one employee for all the rooms so I need to understand. Spend your vacation dollars elsewhere of you want a great experience in room service as I expect room services to be the best when I'm spending almost $3000.00 for my stay.
