This company owns Elite Singles and Lifemates. I successfully sued ES Canada yet am still awaiting its court-ordered settlement. I was told by the court clerk that Elite has successfully been sued twice at least before my case. My judgment was made in Calgary last August 9, 2017.Update: Elite Singles/Affinitas/Spark Networks has still not complied with its COURT ORDERED settlement, granted August of 2017. Steer clear!!!

This company sends you unsolicited and totally unlawful emails (no link to remove email address), not respecting European RGPD law, and using hidden return email address. Try to guess how serious such a company can be...

Found a charge to my Discover card which was not authorized by me. It was strangely similar to the amount charged and disputed by another online company in America called Adult Friend Finders.

Disgusting scam of a company, how they had been allowed to still operate is unbelievable to me. I am a cautious person but after reading all the bad reviews and not a single human response from them regarding my legal rights under the 3 day cooling off period for a refund i feel very angry and stupid for being sucked into thinking i was paying $39 a month for a 6 month period which i could cancel at any time only to have a lump sum payment of $239.70 taken from my paypal acc. I'm currently in contact with PayPal to take this further though don't hold it a lot of hope, trying to trace this shoddy company is proving to be a nightmare. The authorities surely need to look into this dodgy firm, how many more people need to have their money stolen.

Thieves... their dating app is very expensive and does not work most of the time, messages are not loaded or lost and other glitches. Shame... I will never use it again.

I have not found love, but I discovered a great way to lose $$$. CAUTION for dishonest political renewal. When you create an account with elite single, it is costing you $ 89. But if you read the terms and conditions, pages long, you will be automatically renewed at the price of $ 119. If you request a refund for the service that you no longer want, they will refuse.So here’s few question that I have. Why the renew it’s more expensive than a normal subscription? Why they refuse to refund a customer who don’t want to be renewed? Why they did not sent you an email to confirm that you want to be renewed as mentioned in the long terms and condition? According to them, they must respect their customer ???At least I learn something that I was not aware of, please read all terms and conditions. Take your time, 6 long pages to read 

JDate web site canceled my promotional 12-month membership, without even asking me. Customer (DIS)Service Department was unable or unwilling to reinstate it. CEO of Spark is Jeronimo Folgueira, Berlin.. We'll see whether he will order some sanity to this sorry excuse for a company. I wish there were a zero star option!

They are scammers EliteSingles, no contact details like a email address to stop a recurring bill of a membership you would like to cancel. The share holders are the same as this company ruling of everyone on the net. Disgusting behaviour of a large company
