The accommodation is over priced and the facilities provided suck. No ventilation in the room, the bed and the table stand was never changed or repaired after being made, the heater is not efficient.

It's an amazing place to live and meet fellow students from all around the planet. If you have a problem with sharing bathroom/ kitchen with other people, think twice before moving in. The terrace has a view that stretches all the way from Drachenburg to the industrial area between Cologne and Bonn.

The public spaces including the corridors, kitchens, toilets and shower rooms are poorly maintained. They're old and dirty. Cleaning only happens once or twice a week, sometimes none, and it's only for the floor. Rooms are very small, around 11 sq m. I think it's not nice and students would feel depressed living here.P.S. I've never seen a German living here.

Rooms are a bit cheaper but are also on the smaller size. But the kitchen is big and a great place to organize a party

Beautiful from the outside but the inside is not so attractive. Large number of people share the kitchen and bathroom and that's not really a place for people who like personal space.

Eight floor building mostly rented to international students by Studentenwerk. Each floor has roughly 10-21 small single rooms with extremely poor sound insulation and a huge window for ventilation, a shared kitchen and few shared washrooms, which explains the cheap rent. Cleanliness and peace of the floor totally depends on the type of floormates one has. There is a bar and laundry in the basement, and a library in the fourth floor (only accessible to people living in the 4th floor).In all, its cheap considering the location (right next to Rhine) in Bonn, but sucks in facilities or community life.

房間有點太小，廁所男女共用有點不方便，有些房間是新的裝潢，居住品質完全看運氣，有些鄰居髒到不可思議還很厚臉皮。好處是地點算不錯，安靜又離萊茵河很近，附近有超市。
