NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!! Frau Dr. med. Esber besitzt keine Empathie und man muss ihr alles aus der Nase ziehen. Meine Freundin war nur Sauer. Sie musste 3 Stunden warten für gar nichts. Wechselt jetzt auch zu jemand kompetenteren. würde am besten gar kein stern geben. so ein unfreundliches team .. geht überhaupt nicht. vorallem das man als junge frau bei einem frauenarzt sich wohl fühlen sollte/muss ist diese praxis eine enttäuschung. kann mir gut vorstellen dass viele andere damen sich überhaupt nicht bei ihnen wohl fühlen. vorallem die frau am emfangen ist unhöflich und gibt keine netten antworten. fragt überhaupt und weißt nicht drauf hin das blut abgenommen wird sondern schießt einfach los. würde es niemanden weiter empfehlen!!!!

Ich kam zu Frau Dr. Auletta nach Empfehlung meiner Gynäkologin. Ein Anamnesegespräch führte dann zur stationären Aufnahme und einer OP. Generell kann ich sagen, dass die Ärzte durchgehend sehr freundlich sind und sich die Zeit nehmen, die Dinge genau zu erklären. Gerade bei Frau Dr. Auletta habe ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch das Pflegepersonal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit - Hin und wieder gab es hier kleinere Widersprüche zwischen Kollegen oder jüngere Kollegen wirkten etwas unsicher - aber das ist aus meiner Sicht ganz normal.Die Versorgung ist ganzheitlich ausgelegt - So kam eine Psychologin vorbei, um zu erfahren, wie es mir mit der Diagnose geht und eine weitere Kollegin, die mich über eine Anschlussreha informierte.Verbesserungspotential gibt es aus meiner Sicht definitiv in organisatorischer Sicht. Gerade das Aufnahmegespräch wirkte für mich sehr durcheinander und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die eine Abteilung nicht wusste, was die andere tut. Insgesamt hat das Prozedere 7 Stunden gedauert - Vielleicht hilft hier eine bessere Absprache.Da aber die generelle Behandlung und das generelle Wohlbefinden für mich wichtiger sind, gibt es an dieser Stelle 4 Sterne und ich sage DANKE"!"

As an exchange student in Jena, I visited this center since 2010 for my annual checkup ... For a long time, I choose to laugh about some situations. One example: in 2012, I checked in for my appointment. After 1h 30 min waiting the nurse ask me 'what I was doing waiting there?' The doctor was gone for the day, he was operating. Yep...sometimes the waiting can be up to 2 h, even when you have an appointment and you better don't ask much...since some of the nurses seem like an anger-boom about to explode. I set there for nothing.A situation I can not forget is when the nurse screamed at a cute granny. I still recall the granny´s silver hair, her difficulty to reach the counter and the cruel treatment she received from the nurse. The granny was in pain and tired of waiting for 1 hour. She was desperate to know about her appointment and when she could go home. When I intervened, the nurse tried to excuse herself explaining to me that the grannies are constantly making questions. How can the nurse be angry or surprise about that?Who would not be making questions? Especially knowing that you can be left waiting for hours for nothing. Any case, there is no excuse for being rude. If your work is making you so miserable that you need to scream to grannies, do us all a favor and get another job where you are happy.For three years I was happy doing my annual checkup with an excellent doctor in Berlin. But since I'm now back in Jena, I visited this center again. I arrived at their new location in the Uniklinikum, hoping the nurses also had a new --polite-- attitude. But sadly I was wrong, I found the same faces with an even bitterer attitude.Just imagine, for making a general checkup appointment, you now enter an office, sit in a tiny chair far away from the nurse, while the nurse is facing --not you -- but the window. So you find yourself answering questions that the nurse screams at you directly to her back. I asked why she was facing the window and not me when talking. She started explaining that she is not an architect. Funny, now it seems that for turning a desk around you need an architecture degree. She continued informing me that this is how things are done in Germany. Did she mean being unpolite is how you do things in Germany? Finally, she reminded me that I am not in Spain, the country that the nurse assumed I am from.I have two observations:1- Mistreating patients of all ages is your personal choice, not 'a German way of doing things'.2- I have been collecting great experiences in your country, that nurture me in the personal and professional level. YOU and your rude attitude are NOT Germany
