Would never recommend these apartments to anyone. Bad living conditions, harsh behavior from administrators and no flexibility in contract conditions while moving out. If you decide moving out you will have to stay for 3 months in these apartments anyway, so you end up paying double rent (not sure if this their behavior towards other nationality people).Is ok if you are terribly in need of room, then go for this place. Else better look for another place.CheersRaj

Sehr seriöse und nachhaltige Firma, sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen, entsprechend den Wünschen maßgeschneiderte Zimmer-/Apartmentangebote, top Abwicklung, saubere, modern und stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer in entsprechend nachgefragter Lage (ruhiges Viertel, Hippes Viertel, Infrastruktur nahes Viertel, party / Halli Galli / Ding Dong / Ramba Zamba Viertel, Geschäftsviertel, Nobel-Viertel ). Preis/Leistung passt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Ich hatte im September 2016 eine Anfrage, die sofort und sehr freundlich beantwortet wurde. Innerhalb zweier Tage wurde mir ein Angebot übermittelt, das für mich passgenau" war! Ich kann das Unternehmen ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! Bei Bedarf werde ich jederzeit auf die "Wohnkonkurrenz GmbH" zurückkommen!"

Hello All,My experience with Wohnkonkurrenz GmbH. has been really pleasent. Especially as a international student at FAU who almost knew nothing.When i was given then contract, i said that I'll pay the rent and deposit in cash when moving in, which, surprisingly, the company agreed to. I've talked to many landlords and they want deposit first, no other way. The move in process was easy, thanks to Frances. And i must say, they don't block your deposit like other landlords in case anything happens. They have future vision to think of that and have devised plans for that too(there was an incident, which i thought I'd pay at least 200€ for, but the company said i don't have to pay anything since i am paying monthly charge of some minor amount for this). The living experience was great too. One thing I'd like to point out is, the total rent(rent +NK) is worth it, since it'll cost the same or more to buy these stuff ourself. Even cleaning is included.Big Plus is, when i was moving out, they handed out deposit in cash. I know prople who haven't gotten their deposit even after 3 months from their landlords. Well, it's due to energy crisis.

Widerliche unverschämte Zimmer, musste vom Vertrag züruck treten. Nicht zu empfehlen.

They offer beautiful, equipped places of accomadation and the staff is helpful and very kind. I contacted them with all the requirements I was looking for in a sublease and they responded quickly with many options that fit my needs/wants. Throughout the decesion process the staff was informative and fully transparent with any questions I had. I even had to cancel my reserved room a week before due to travel prolems, and they were very polite and understanding about the situation. Will contact them again if I need accomodation in Nürnberg! :)
