If it wasn’t for Max and the incredible hospitality and customer service he shared with us, we wouldn’t have picked up a pair. This was one of the very best experiences I’ve ever had at buying a pair of spectacles.Max was patient with us and kept suggesting awesome shades after shades, some were misses but most of them were spectacular! Such brilliant craftsmanship and quality is superb.I am so happy with this purchase. I’m glad brands like this still exists and Max is passionate about what he does, he definitely is a great representation of the brand and it’s philosophies.So glad I went back to grab this surprise for Tessa. Wirklich sehr gute Brillen, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, haben extra einen Abstecher dahin gemacht, von Luzern. Aber der Service leider nicht. Vergleicht man es mit Tiflis. ' Nachtrag, war kurz noch einmal dort um Brille ein zu tauschen. Ohne Probleme. Vielen Dank
