Wiesbaden Lodge

The lodge is nice, but we had something’s stolen from us while staying. I also have a friend whose air purified ended up missing.

Room was clean and cleaned daily. Nice and spacious. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location is really close to Wiesbaden, it's only a 20 min walk into the city itself. The breakfast was mediocre though, really it's more of a snack bar than an actual breakfast. If you aren't a breakfast person, then this place is definitely a 5 star

I had a nice stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a kitchen. Breakfast was simple with basic choices. It's a pretty modern facility that has a small fitness room.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, superior staff assistance, and a great location. The rooms are super clean, breakfast is above average and I can't stop speaking about how wonderful the staff is. A young lady who worked the late shift was beyond helpful and went above her daily duties and assisted with location of key buildings, food services and hours and general knowledge of the area! Great all around!!!

The location is simply amazing. There's no better place for a family new to Germany to stay while you become acclimated to the beautiful scenery. There are free laundry rooms on each floor, which is so important for extended stays. Right outside is a well put together playground for kids and food is a brief walk away. The front desk staff are very friendly and you can tell they're happy to assist you for any request. Thank you, Wiesbaden Army Lodge, for showing every other property how to do it right.

I had a great experience! Stay was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned regular and provided fresh towels.

Some things are great, like the beds, internet, front desk staff & service, and cleanlinessThere are some not so great things, water pressure for the shower is an absolute joke as is the breakfast.I understand it's corona time but the options are slim to none, the times also aren't ok for a family hotel.Also they should leave the coffee machine on all day for their guests, would make a lot of sense.Just for their records, on June 30th they had the rudest service personal working breakfast...or rather wheeling it into the back room 5 minutes before the end of breakfast, rolling his eyes as we asked about a begal and cream cheese (which there was none more of). With so little options for breakfast, it should be able to make sure its all stocked up. (For someone who was 8+ months pregnant this was really not a gokd experience)

The rooms are quite large, clean and comfortable. The temperature remained adequate and everything in the room worked. The staff were very accommodating and really worked hard to make sure I was taken care of.The breakfast was adequate. Boiled eggs, fruit, cereals, waffles, breads and spreads.Checkout was seamless and there was plenty of parking.

Rooms are clean and spacious. It was nice to have booked a suite since we stayed for an extended time. All of their staff are extremely helpful and professional. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the PX, Commissary and a walk-thru gate. I definitely recommend staying here!
