I have gone to send my suitcase to the Canary Islands. I entered the store in the first minutes the girl did not look at me, nor did she say good morning to me, she kept doing her job. Once she started serving me Another client entered the store and then she stopped serving me, telling me that she was going to serve the other girl first. She finally attends me and without weighing my suitcase or measuring it, she tells me that Maybe it will cost me €99.90 to send it, without giving me more budgets or solutions. It didn't seem like good customer service to me. I have not been satisfied.

Klantvriendelijkheid is zeker niet het sterkste punt en daarnaast gewoon onprofessioneel gedrag richting klant en pakketjes, halve pakketjes geven bijv. Waarom doe je zo'n werk überhaupt vraag ik me dan af...

Kwam om 16:00 aan de deur voor een pakket, hing een blaadje op de deur dat ze tot 16:30 gesloten waren vanwege drukte. Dus ik om 16:30 terug, nieuw bordje: tot 17:30 gesloten. Geen discussie mogelijk werd me verteld door het glas van de deur

Ik stond om 12.00 uur binnen, 10 minuten gewacht voordat een zekere dame mij onvriendelijk vertelde dat ze pas om 14.00 uur opengaan. Op de website staat dat ze om 9.00 uur opengaan.

My daughter needed to ship a laptop and a suitcase filled with clothes back to the US from Amsterdam, on a very short timeline. Moshe arranged quickly for her things to be picked up from her hostel, packed and shipped via UPS, and he took care of all customs requirements. The price was more than fair, especially considering the parcel arrived within two days (you can’t mail a letter within the US that quickly!). Klant vriendelijkheid is hier ver te zoeken helaas. Dan heb ik het ook niet over een keer. Deze keer echter was ik hier om een pakket op te halen, helaas was de parcelshop no niet open, de winkel zelf wel. Achteraf bleek dat al zo te zijn sinds 2021, maar dat betekent niet dat je klanten hoeft weg te snauwen. Verder begrijp ik ook niet waarom je een winkel zou willen beginnen, als je de indruk wekt een hekel hebt aan klanten interactie. Het kan dan wel zijn dat je de openingstijden sinds 2021 aan vele verteld hebt, dat wil niet zeggen dat iedereen daarvan op de hoogte is.Korte toevoeging na het ophalen, het personeel is wel een stuk vriendelijker.
