Terrible. I rent cars about once a month for business, and this is my worst experience. First off for pick up, they want to check for any already made scratches/damages outside in the rain in the dark, with a flashlight that was not properly working. There were so many small scratches, this took an hour and I ended up getting sick for my trip standing in the cold and rain to find all the scratches. During this time, I saw several customers returning cars and being charged for damages that seemed very suspicious to me. We returned the vehicle on time and clean after driving to Austria and back in rainy winter weather, they claimed the car was filthy (there were some pieces of grass on the floor, and the outside had normal dirt from driving on an autobahn in the rain with salt on the roads). So I had to drive it next door, spend 6,50 on a car wash and several euro on a broken vacuum cleaner to clean up the few bits of grass off the floor at the gas station. - Staff was rude and not well trained, in Total I spent at least 3 hours to pick up and return the car. After I received my deposit back, I told them that's the first time i had a rental company make me do the standard cleaning for them, and the lady working there got red in the face with embarrassment, but tried to say if I don't do it, they have to pay to have it done! Also, the van we rented kept giving an alert that the oil level was too high, randomly while driving. - This is a typical scenario of a business located right outside a U.S. military base that tries to take advantage of its American clientele.

Would recommend interior inspection before driving off.Rented here because there was nothing else, prices were far more reasonable than other car places near by. I did have to clean the car and fill it up before returning it which is a first as a “must”. But even with that it was pleasant service and I was able to rent a car for about ten days for under 400 euro. Crossed borders had no trouble. A few minor defects inside like a broken center console but pleased with the outcome, they even called to make sure I was returning the car or if I needed to keep it.

They were awesome. Gut UND günstig! I used them when I arrived in Deutschland, and when leaving. Their prices are very competitive, their vehicles are in good shape, and they have automatic vehicles for us plebians. My only complaint/suggestion" is that I wish they had some kind of GPS or phone-holder in their cars (to use GPS). I would use them again if I came back

DO NOT come here being charged 2000€ for nothing!! Rented a car for a week, when we did the before rental “inspection” it was parked very close to other cars and you couldn’t really get a good look at everything. There were already dents and scratches before I rented it. When I returned it, they claimed that I put a dent in it, funny that the only way the dent could be seen was straight on (which was not possible to view the car straight on during the before inspection because of how tightly parked it was) just received the bill and there is added on charges that they claim were necessary to repair the dent (they added an electrical charge??) and that’s only one of the charges. The bill I received is almost 2000€, they rent their cars so cheap because the making their money in the long run by scamming you. I sure learned my lesson.

This is a great place if you're looking for a low priced car rental to hold you over. The business is family owned and is no frills. Most car rental places around this area are pricey and that's not including the mandated insurance. Powell's is much more reasonably priced. After having a small hatchback Skoda for a 12 days, the bill came to around €300.

I’ve rented several cars in my life and never have I ever been more perturbed with a company than this one. They had the audacity to claim I never cleaned the vehicle even though I had a receipt. They charged me for cleaning and let’s not even mention that I filled up the vehicle and they charged me because they had to fill up 3 liters which by the way was the distance it was from where I filled up to the rental place. Definitely, do not recommend this place, they will find a way to keep your security and then some. Apparently, receipts aren’t enough proof.

Bad service, they dont give you the car clean and they want you to clean and vacuum before returning it. They will also find anything to keep the deposit and charge you extra money for reparation. They give you a quick tour for inspecting to then later find a mysterious" new scratch to charge you for. They take advantage of military people. They wanted to charge my husband 500 euro for a "new" minor scratch. Dont recomend it or if you get it watch out."

Had a pretty good overall experience. We rented 2 cars in a span of 2 months. Both cars were clean and we received great deals. When we returned the first rental I accidentally left my AirPods in the car. I called and spoke with Iris that same night after they had already closed and she went out of her way to look for them. She had them ready for me the next day. I really appreciate that.
