Schlechtester Service ever - FEPShopNLIch habe einen Phrozen Sonic 4K Mini beim FEPShop NL gekauft. Davon abgesehen, dass dieser Drucker einen billigen Eindruck macht (im Vergleich zum AnyCubic Mono) und teuer ist, druckt er auch nicht problemlos mit jedem Resin (im Gegensatz zum AnyCubic Mono). Die Resultate sind nicht besser als bei einem 2K Drucker. Das Hauptproblem ist aber der Service von FEPShopNL. Es wird zwar schnell geantwortet, aber es kommen nur Ratschläge, die ich vorher auch schon im Internet gefunden habe. Scheinbar haben auch die Techniker keine Ahnung von ihren Druckern. Ich hatte von Anfang an Probleme mit dem Sonic 4K Mini und mir konnte nicht geholfen werden. Daraufhin habe ich den Drucker zurück geschickt. Das ich 15% Minius machen würde bei der Rückerstattung (+ Porto) war mir klar. Allerings wurde mir letzendlich nur ca. 20% (statt 85%) erstattet. Finger weg von diesem Shop, lieber bei Amazon bestellen, wenn es Probleme gibt, geht da eine Rückerstattung immer reibungslos

Printer arrived broken. After we had sent the printer back to FEP for a check, several parts that are necessary for 3D printing were missing when it got back to us. No answer to our emails!
