We purchased our Audi from Susan and couldn’t be happier! She answered all our questions and was very patient with us. Susan was also quite knowledgeable in the purchasing process and provided excellent guidance. Thanks to her support, we were able to drive off in our vehicle two days after deciding to buy it.

Susan was awesome. The first time I went into the office to get things started I was just going to walk back to base. She offered to give me a ride instead, something she didn’t have to do. Quality people. Quality service.

I just enjoyed how much support I got from the staff especially Jason Land. He was there for any questions I had all the time. He went the extra mile for me in getting the proper VAT forms ready to go for me that when I arrived to the VAT office they were impressed that I had all the proper paperwork ready to go. Not once did I question him or think he was pressuring me into buying a car like most salesmen tend to do. He allowed me time to sell my car instead of trading it in due to a low offer I received from another dealership. When the morning came where I wanted to pick up the vehicle, even tho he was not supposed to be in just yet he came in anyways about 15 min before opening time so I could be to work on time and handed the keys over for me. Thank you again!

Susan was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process of purchasing a vehicle has always been stressful for me in the past. This time it was so easy. Even with the extra steps of purchasing in another country. This was a great experience.

Susan was everything you could ask for in a salesperson. From ordering our vehicle to assisting with vehicle registration, getting insurance, and seeking trade-in options for our previous vehicle, the service was world class. Would definitely use MAS again and recommend to others! Being able to buying an American Spec Audi tax, right from the factory in Germany, was also very cool!

Staff is quick to respond and friendly. Decent selection of cars. This particular spot has some beautiful Audis and VWs.It is good that we can buy a US spec vehicle here but you can still get one cheaper in the states. US process is quite a bit quicker as well and can be done on the weekends. Not possible here so be prepared to use up leave.Car has exterior damage. Interior was not vacuumed. Offered compensation but it is not given or ready when you sign for the car. Be prepared to wait for that.

Great communication and customer service from William Murphy and crew. They came recommended from colleagues in Wiesbaden. I ordered a 2021 Audi, and sold my 2017 Audi through them, and I would do it again.

I had the pleasure of working with Susan after Raff recommended off base for what I wanted and needed! She is AMAZING and just like I said in a previous review, super attentive to your needs and wants! Both her and Raff are exemplary reps for MAS! I could not ask for an easier car buying experience…Especially in a foreign country after having such a hard time with the used car I brought over… she even helped me get rid of what my boss now calls the “prius saga” lol.. she helped make my stressful days much better…I will forever always recommend MAS over all other car buying options - they do not MAKE YOU FEEL like you HAVE to buy like the other dealerships around… super informative and they honestly make you want to buy from them because you know they will take care of you!!!Thank you for everything!
