My experience was not good, yours might be more positive. Following are my reasons.1. Properties selected by representatives are the only option you can select and to my experience those shortlisted by them are not worth the price. The ones which you might suggest is usually always reserved by someone else.2. Communication is professional but response sparse.3. I selected one but when everything was agreed they increased the price by 70Euro saying it was not updated. I personally did not go with the landlord suspecting that when we leave some more amount might be billed and thus fell out of favour. Though the property on it’s own was a good recommendation.4. One time I was rejected by the landlord saying that the landlord already found a tenant which is okay but then can you recommend me more? And to that no response. All the properties suggested were the ones that I suspect no one was willing to take. Seldom did we come across something good.I went through another agency. They usually sell but they had a couple they were renting out and I got the one I wanted.Edit: They sent me a notice via Google through their lawyer to remove this review which I did not and am talking with Google Removal department.

Coming-home is just amazing. They have a huge list of furnished apartments of great quality. Even in times of high inflation, good prices for the quality offered can be found.The overall communication process from the contact until the final agreement signing took me one month. Susanne, Saskia and Alexander were very helpful and gave me a lot of options to choose from according to my budget. They have a great volume of requests and the communication is not instant, but they still usually reply in a few hours (at most a day).If you are looking for an apartment in Berlin, this is the first place to go. If I were to rent again an apartment in Berlin, definitely will come back to coming-home as the first rental agency of choice.Thank you very much.

I have been diligently submitting apartment requests for more than 6-8months. However, the responses I receive consistently consist of emails advising me not to make further phone calls or duplicate my requests. The reason provided is the high influx of inquiries, and they assure me that they will respond in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this cycle has persisted for almost six months, leading me to believe that there may be challenges in effectively following up on the data provided. I must admit that I am disappointed with this experience. I attempted to reach out to them via their provided contact number, but unfortunately, it was not reachable at the time of my call. In the event that their services are no longer available, I suggest that they consider taking down their website and discontinuing the practice of collecting user details.*****After I posted my review, I received a legal notice to delete my review on google otherwise i will be sued hence i deleted my review*****

I had a very positive experience with coming home when looking for a studio in Berlin for a short-term lease. Everything was made easy from the minute I applied for a studio all the way to the signing of the contract with the landlord. Their offers and services are perfect for anyone looking for apartments of great quality in Berlin, I highly recommend them!

Very professional team, which helped us twice with the apartments search and negotiations with the landlords. We highly appreciate their support at every stage! The only our concern is impossibility to reach the agency immediately by phone, but this is quite reasonable. And taking into account the rental situation in Berlin, we got prompt response every time via email as well as callback.

Good service and neat apartments, we were also lucky with an amazing landlord so cannot complain about anything. Would be great if there was a phone number to contact you though.

Took my personal data , like DOB, email, job details and never replied back, I'm truly now scared for my private data that it might be getting miss used. no one ever replied back to me, I tried to find their contact number and called many times but no one ever picked up, I always called during office hours.really dissapointed and seriously everything suggests its a scam

Ich musste zunächst sehr rasch eine neue Wohnung in Berlin finden (ich habe bereits in Berlin gewohnt). Dafür habe ich ca. 6 Wohnungsanfragen gestellt. Nach 1 Woche habe ich mich entschieden, persönlich (spontan!) das Büro von coming home aufzusuchen. Mein Anliegen wurde dort wirklich umgehend sehr ernst genommen und bereits während meinem Besuch konnten meine Wohnungsanfragen geprüft werden. In der Folge konnte mir innerhalb von ca. 4 Tagen die von mir favorisierte Wohnung vermittelt und die Vertragsdokumente zugeschickt werden. Beidseitig unterschrieben war es dann auch sehr schnell. Speziell hervorheben möchte ich hier den sehr freundlichen und professionellen Kontakt mit Frau Eggert, die sich persönlich wirklich SEHR bemüht hat, möglichst schnell eine Wohnung für mich zu finden - herzlichen Dank!!Nach Vertragsunterzeichnung hat sich leider meine persönliche Situation geändert und mein Wunsch war es, den neuen Vertrag wieder aufzulösen, was zunächst unmöglich schien. Coming home hat sich hier wirklich intensiv bemüht und noch vor der Wohnungsübergabe einen neuen Mieter gefunden und war in meinem Sinne stets lösungsorientiert. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, da der Vertrag ja bereits unterzeichnet war! Doch es klappte alles und vorallem waren ALLE Beteiligten am Schluss zufrieden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür an die Mitarbeitenden, die sich in dieser Sache stark engagiert haben (inkl. der Inhaberin Frau Kleist)!FAZIT:Ja, es war zunächst schwierig, meine Wohnungsanfragen beantwortet zu bekommen. The whole process was very fast and smooth, and we felt safe knowing we had somewhere to call home while we found our own apartment in Berlin.Saskia always communicated everything needed and the contractual process was very smooth.
