Asked for decaf since that was up on the wall. Barista said he didn't do that (or didn't have it, language barrier, he had a thick accent) so I went with a normal creme. I brought my own cup and expected a 25cent discount since that was also written on the wall. I didn't get the discount, even after specifically asking for it the barista didn't want to do it. Seemed like he was the boss" deciding wether or not customers were getting what they wanted. He stayed polite but his behaviour said otherwise.Also nobody was getting plates or cups

Ich habe eine Flasche Bier gekauft: 4,50 €. Als ich nach einem Glas fragte, hieß es: Sie können einen Pappbecher haben. Ich habe auf den Becher verzichtet.

Customer service is ridiculous, they are removing clients just because, very arrogant just go seat anywhere else while waiting for the flight. I would give 0 if there was an option. Customer service is throwing stuff around the restaurant, acting violent and throwing slurs at customers. I personally have no words for such behaviour in a place I planned on spending my money.
