notoriously hard to get in contact with the team. I have cancelled SEVERAL times and I still get deliveries and charges from them. I don't understand my they are not responding. The constant fish deliveries are a waste of time and resources on both sides

Last year summer I got a veggie box delivered by them for about three months. Two times the veggies were not fresh and so I cancelled the contract. Three months later they suddenly withdrew money from my account. I got in contact and they promised to clarify and solve the issue.... I sent further emails for checking in and until today got no answer... I asked my bank now to step in... really sad though because I do like the concept of the company
