Great place to get a variety of arts supplies and they even offer classes

Their guitars are very interested very over priced. One guitar was listed at $450, though it sold online for $350. When I asked if they'd price match they told me no. In short, they'll rip you off on guitars here.

There is a music shop, a store with unique souvenirs, a sports wear shop and a place to get your passport photo.

Terrible customer service. Staff acts like they don’t care. Called to get the hours for my newborn passport photos and drove across town with my baby 30 minutes later to find that the photographer left for the day. The guy at the front only proceeded to take the photos for me after I complained and asked for his managers name. Two days later I went in to pick up the photos at 530 (they close at 6) and the photographer was leaving again. As I was picking up the photos I asked the The girl who helped me if they have violin rosin. She had no idea, didn’t even check just gave me my photos and proceeded back to whatever work she was doing before I came in. So even when you call to check that someone will be there, they might not be there and the staff acts nonchalant about the inconvenience of you dragging a newborn across town after work in the cold just to be told the person you need for the service and hours expected by the customer can’t be fulfilled.What kind of “business” is this?

I was able to select the exact guitar strings I needed and the customer service was very helpful in selecting a guitar amp.

Poor selection, very bad quality instruments and very overpriced if you compare prices online.

A must see store!
