Ein von außen und innen eher schlichteres Bürogebäude, dass aber durchaus seine schönen und eindrucksvollen Ecken hat. Die Aussicht nach außen ist immer super. Ob man auf den Tiergarten, das Brandenburger Tor oder das Mahnmal schaut, welches von oben noch interessanter aussieht.Sollte man jedoch mal das Glück haben, das Gebäude von innen sehen zu dürfen, muss man aus Sicherheitsgründen auf das Handy und andere Kameras verzichten.

Ich habe dort angerufen, um zu erfahren, wo man in Berlin amerikanische Zeitschriften kaufen kann. Die Angestellte am Telefon war absolut unfreundlich, hat mich kaum ausreden lassen. That's really not a good and friendly service

--Difficult to contact, even in an emergency scenario: they repeatedly fail to answer calls even during regular hours -- when I finally get through to them via telephone, I'm referred to an email address, from which I receive no reply, even after weeks of time and multiple messages sent.--Extremely rude and unhelpful service: the representatives on the phone treated my inquiry as a waste of their time, merely referring me to the website and taking no time to even properly understand my issue: yet I had to call precisely because my problem is not addressed on the website.--Abstruse and unclear information: I needed to accomplish a very simple task, namely to report the theft of my passport information. I tried 3 different methods, all of which failed: (1) the representatives on the phone would not accept my report and just kept referring (as I already mentioned) to the online tool and the email address; (2) the tool on the website (for some incomprehensible reason) refused to accept my report; (3) the email address which I was given does not reply to any of my several messages.I am truly baffled by the level of incompetence and disrespect I've encountered. I am an American citizen in need of urgent assistance. I would have thought that my own country's embassy is there to help, but they have completely abandoned me.

Eine Katastrophe. Ich habe nur gefragt, welche Visamöglichkeit es gibt. Dann wurde ich an einen AB verbunden, der mich an eine Website verwiesen hat. Eine Verarschung hoch drei. Ich wollte eine telefonische Auskunft. Im Internet konnte ich die gesuchte Information nicht finden.

Very nice view from the top of the building but sadly their coffee is not the best so they lose a point.The floor is nice and clean and the chairs are pretty good I'm just not that impressed by the coffee they should really work on that.

Wenn man sowieso am Brandenburger Tor ist unbedingt mal auf die Rückseite der Botschaft, wo der Berliner Bär als Freiheitsstatue dargestellt ist. Der macht einfach gute Laune.
