I've owned 2 Found Expers. I like the direction the've gone in. My hope was they are going to release an upgrade on this machine. Heard last year they were. Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Not good worst customer service, never answer emails, I purchase a device and they sent it without charging cable and the battery never work, I sent it back to Germany more than a month, and no response, I don't understand such an expensive equipment, they should answer quick emails , but I believe this is just a regular shop not a high tech lab..Next wait to see the battery and see if they work, I don't believe.

worst service ever got a machine from you guys not long maybe a month after having a drs ars the battery stop working there is no proper training for the machine no one helps me there is a guy name kagan that sold the machine is not responding to my emails what a waist of money
