Well. Richard is ghosting me when its about to refund. I rented the Megane RS for the 1st may, the day before he told me that it wasnt available, he will do the process to refund the 1st may and I will received it under 10 days. Seems very clear and professionel. Ok no problem. But im always expecting and he doesnt answer to email 3 weeks later. It was not my first experience there.. but the last.. unfortunately.

I had a little problem with my car and i couldn't drive the nürburgring, the guys helped me and the next day where the parts there and the car is 100% track ready! Very happy with the service :-) great job guys, keep it up! I'm a very happy custumer.

Super Service und cooles Team, musste kurzfristig meine Bremsen erneuern. Die Werkstatt wurde mir empfohlen und hatte am selben Tag noch Zeit für mich. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Ring.

Had a great experience. Great value for money and fun cars. I rented the Honda Civic Type R (older model). Very fun car to drive on the Nurburgring. It was LHD which didn’t bother me.

I would not go back to them… I left my car with them and they had a total of 7 month to service the car over winter and get it ready for the new season. Instead they gave me my car back and it was vibrating like mad - they even told me that I should do couple laps with those tires and once warm should be fine. Vibration was so big I went back and when we took tires off we saw they were totally done… see picture. They serviced my suspension so tires were off before and they were not able to check the tires? no attention at all and very dangerous. Then the cherry on the cake - they told me that my battery was toast and put in a new lithium battery - I wasted the whole monday to wait for new tires (it was a public holiday) and the very next day I managed to do 2 laps and in the 3rd lap systems suddenly turned off in the middle of the lap and I crashed the car for a total damage of 45000 eur. They wouldn’t apologise nor really investigate - just said, happens with those batteries. I would in my life not go back to them… I paid 7000 eur for „the winter service“ which again I think they just took me for a ride… only to give me a car that was worse off than when I handed it over to them… Thanks. guys!! Bottom line - there are people you cannot trust and in my opinion with my experience - that garage is one of them… I’m sure (or I hope at least) others have different experiences - above story is mine…

Fantastic experience and customer service. Can’t thank Richard enough for going above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. A genuine petrolhead who knows his stuff. If you have any issue with your car this is the place to go. We will be back, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Similar review almost verbatim to an earlier negative review as it relates to renting cars for use on the Nurburgring (July 9th 2023).Unfortunately, while Richard (the owner) was very responsive to my emails prior to the rental date, I have not heard boo from him since paying for the Porsche Cayman GTS he offered. Nor did he alert me the prior night via email that the car was broken" and so could no let me run it. Also

After realising my brake calliper bolt had fallen out amongst other issues after travelling over from the UK, I was desperate to get it repaired. I headed to Ringtoys who were nothing but professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They got my car fixed and back on the road in such a short amount of time and without them my trip would've been ruined. Thanks to the team, I highly recommend this garage

Rented the EP3 Civic Type R from Ring Toys, very good price for the rental and most importantly for me was they offered platinum insurance that covers damage to the track, getting towed etc. That set them apart from the other rental companies and was one of the reasons I picked Ring Toys. Nice relaxed atmosphere at the garage and welcoming even for those with little track to no track experience. I also booked an instructor through Ring Toys, and Renè was incredible to have in the passenger seat, impossible to recommend his instruction enough. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Ring Toys and an unforgettable experience on the Nurburgring. 10/10
