Budget Autovermietung - Trier
I rented a car from Frankfurt to Trier. Returned the car with a full tank and with no additional damage before the deadline ( I made before and after pictures ). My card was still charged around 100 eur more for no reason and they wont answer my emails asking why. Additionally to that, when picking up the car the man at the front desk added additional costs that I didnt ask for and said the charges where supposed to be only for the deposit. He basically lied to me and made me sign the contract without the proper explanation. I cant recommend renting cars through Budget.
